NUESTRAS RAÍCES
Nuestras Raíces is a nonprofit Cultural & Behavioral Health Center dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through culturally rooted, bilingual, and community-driven services. We believe that culture is a source of healing, resilience, and belonging, and we work every day to ensure that everyone has access to the support they need to thrive.
Headquartered in Spokane, Washington, with a regional center in Othello, Washington, we proudly serve communities across Eastern Washington through behavioral health services, case management, peer support, youth and family programs, business and workforce development, resource navigation, and community outreach. Our team works alongside community members to reduce barriers, build opportunity, and create pathways toward long-term wellness and economic mobility.
Our approach honors the unique strengths, traditions, and lived experiences of the communities we serve. Whether someone is seeking behavioral health support, resources for their family, assistance starting a business, or opportunities to connect with culture and community, Nuestras Raíces is committed to walking alongside them every step of the way.

Our History
Nuestras Raíces Centro Comunitario (Our Roots Community Center) is a 501c3 organization that was founded by the Hispanic Business Professional Association (HBPA), an organization formed in 1979. For over decades, Nuestras Raices has been on a mission to promote and serve business growth, professional development, education opportunities, cultural preservation, community wellness and social justice for the Hispanic/ Latine community in the Inland Northwest.
Our Team
At Nuestras Raíces, our team is united by a shared commitment to serving our community with compassion, respect, and cultural humility. We believe that meaningful relationships are the foundation of healing, growth, and belonging.
Our staff brings together experience in behavioral health, community advocacy, youth development, family support, business development, and resource navigation. Many of us are bilingual, bicultural, and have lived experiences that help us better understand and serve the diverse communities who walk through our doors.
