Éxito is Nuestras Raíces’ economic development and business center, created to help Hispanic/Latino entrepreneurs, small business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and other underserved community members build sustainable economic opportunity.
Through culturally and linguistically responsive support, Éxito connects individuals with the tools, knowledge, resources, and relationships they need to turn ideas into businesses, strengthen existing enterprises, and move toward financial independence.
We work alongside each entrepreneur to understand their goals and challenges and develop a tailored path forward. Support may include business development, technical assistance, resource navigation, referrals, financial education, networking, and connections to community partners and opportunities.
Éxito is more than a business center. It is a place where entrepreneurship, economic mobility, and community leadership come together—because when local businesses grow, families become stronger, communities become more resilient, and future generations have greater opportunities to thrive.

Business Start-Up & Development
Support for individuals with a business idea or those taking the first steps toward entrepreneurship, including business planning, goal setting, and identifying the resources needed to get started.
Business Resource Navigation
Connections to local, state, and community resources, programs, funding opportunities, training, and professional services that can help businesses move forward.
Financial Education & Economic Empowerment
Tools and education to help entrepreneurs better understand financial management, budgeting, business sustainability, and pathways toward financial independence.
Driver License Access & Economic Mobility
Our driver license study cohort helps community members overcome transportation barriers and take an important step toward greater economic independence. Participants receive structured support to prepare for the driver knowledge exam, navigate the licensing process, and build the confidence and skills needed to obtain their driver license. Financial assistance may also be available to help reduce the cost barriers associated with the licensing process.
